The Agricultural Regional Projects Program (ARPP) is an initiative championed by Commissioner Wilton Simpson and led by the Office of Agricultural Water Policy to support collaborative water resources solutions that address nonpoint source pollution from agriculture. Through partnerships with agricultural producers, water management districts, local governments and other stakeholders, this program supports large-scale projects that improve water quality and quantity.
