During the 2009 Legislative Session, Senate Bill 2188 (Chapter Law 2009-187) was passed, which requires all agencies to publish notices of public meetings, hearings and workshops on the agency's website not less than seven (7) days before the event.

This requirement is in addition to the notices required to be published in the Florida Administrative Register.
