The spreadsheet consists of five pages with names at the bottom of the screen:

• FL Endangered Plants: Listing all Florida plant species regulated as endangered
• FL Threatened Plants: Listing all Florida plant species regulated as threatened
• FL Commercially Exploited Plants: Listing all Florida plant species regulated as commercially exploited
• All Info Federal Species in Florida: Listing all Florida plant species that are also on Federal lists of endangered and threatened species, with all categories (see below) of information included
• Names Only Federal Species in FL: Listing all Florida plant species that are also on Federal lists of endangered and threatened species, with only plant species and common names included
• List Changes Since 2004 rule: Listing all Florida plant species that have been recommended to be listed since Rule 5B-40 was changed in 2004, with all categories (see below) of information included

The columns of each page listed above include the following categories of information:

• Plant Species
• Plant Common Name
• Recent Synonyms: Names by which the plant might also be known or referred to in botanical sources
• Plant Family
• Habitat: Typical ecological conditions in which the species is found
• Distribution in Florida: Counties or regions of the state in which the plant grows
• Distribution outside Florida: States, provinces, or other countries and regions in which the plant grows
• [FE] Federal Endangered [FT] Federal Threatened (if listed): An indication that the species is protected by federal as well as state statues
