Description:

Typical size is 2 1/2 to 5 inches in diameter. Flesh is white to yellowish-white, creamy with a sweet flavor.

Handling and Storage:

Allow fruit to ripen at room temperature. Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated up to seven days.

Uses:
