Harvested in Florida from February through June.

Description:

Typical size is 2 to 6 inches in diameter. Flesh is light to dark brown or reddish-brown, smooth to grainy, juicy with a sweet flavor.

Handling and Storage:

Allow fruit to ripen at room temperature about five to nine days until slightly soft. Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated one to three days.
