Description:

Typical size is 3 to 10 inches long. Flesh is yellow to yellow orange, richly aromatic and juicy with a pleasant sweet flavor.

Handling and Storage:

Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated for one to three days. Freeze pulp for later use.

Uses:

Use fresh and in fruit salads, desserts, sauces, juices and chutney.
