Description:

Typical size is 1 to 2 inches. Fruit has a pleasant, sweet to tart flavor.

Handling and Storage:

Allow to ripen at room temperature until fruit is orange colored. Fruit is eaten whole (peel and pulp). Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated up to seven days in plastic bags.

Uses:

Use fresh and in marmalade and jelly.

Good source of vitamins A and C, phosphorus and potassium.
