Handling and Storage: | Allow fruit to ripen at room temperature until yellow color develops on inside of ribs, about two to five days. May be eaten fresh or refrigerated for five to seven days in plastic bags. |
Uses: | Use fresh and in fruit salads, desserts, sauces and wine. |
