Any person, firm, company, partnership or corporation that engages in business as a private investigative agency must have a Class “A” license. A Class “A” license is valid for only one location.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a license, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a citizen or legal resident alien of the United States or have been granted authority by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, to own and operate the type of agency for which you are applying.
