Florida mosquito control programs seeking to maintain state-approved status are required by statute and administrative code to submit specific documentation to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS).
Mosquito control programs must submit the required documents prior to the submission deadline in order to obtain or maintain state-approved status, with or without state aid. According to sections 5E-13.022 and 5E-13.027, Florida Administrative Code, failure to adhere to the deadlines may result in denial of state aid and/or state approval.
Mosquito control programs seeking financial assistance from the state must submit and maintain the following records.
