Head or carcass (not frozen) from a dog or raccoon, double bagged inside a leakproof container; shipped chilled overnight.

Requires the examination of a complete cross-section of the brain stem and cerebellum (including vermis, right & left lobes).
If the cerebellum is not available, a diagnosis can be made by the examination of the brain stem and hippocampi (right and left). Includes brain removal fee.
