To indicate STAT EIA ELISA testing please submit an Accession General Submission Form (09212) along with a complete and legible USDA VS 10-11: Equine Infectious Anemia Laboratory Test form, Veterinary Services Process Streamlining (VSPS) EIA Test Form, or Global Vet Link (GLV) Laboratory Submittal Form. Under Tests Requested on Form 09212 list STAT EIA ELISA. Samples received after 10:30 AM but before 12:00 PM will be tested as normal EIA ELISA submissions.
2 mL of equine serum separated from the clot in a red top, tiger top, or other sterile tube; shipped with icepacks overnight.

Samples indicated for STAT testing must be received on a business day prior to 10:30 AM for same day testing. The report will be released by 2:00 PM on the day of testing.
