Please keep in mind:

• The Bronson Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (BADDL) accepts veterinary specimens from all animal species except fresh tissues, fluids or feces from primates. Fixed primate tissues are accepted. 
• Turnaround times reflect business days.
• It is recommended that owners contact their veterinarian for guidance regarding the submission of samples and interpretation of results.
• Necropsy fees include gross necropsy, histopathological, bacteriological, parasitological, virological, molecular and serological examinations performed at BADDL. Additional charges will be made on toxicological examinations and any outside laboratory testing deemed necessary by the diagnostic veterinarian in charge of the case. 
• Large fresh or fixed tissues/viscera/fetuses submitted for testing may be subject to the Large/Complex Dissection Fee.
• Samples may be forwarded to outside laboratories when the requested testing is not available at BADDL. The submitter will be notified in advance to obtain authorization for associated fees.
