description

The “Fresh From Florida” logo is eligible for use on unprocessed Florida agricultural products.

The “Made With Fresh From Florida” logo is eligible for use on items that contain Florida agricultural products that have been processed or combined with other products resulting in the creation of a new product.

In addition to full color, logos can be requested in black and white, alternate file types (jpg, png, eps), or vertical orientation by emailing IndustryMKT@FDACS.gov.

Pre-Approval Required for Use on Packaging

As of April 13, 2026, the use of any “Fresh From Florida” logo on product packaging must be approved by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) prior to use and be prominently displayed.

FDACS will consider the following criteria to determine if the “Fresh From Florida” logo is sufficiently prominent: the size of the logo compared to the rest of the package, the use of color printing and surrounding colors, the extent to which the logo stands out from other images and information on the package, the location and visibility of the logo, and the extent to which other images and information may affect how consumers perceive the logo.

Email product packaging label designs for approval to IndustryMKT@FDACS.gov.

Please note: Registrants who are lawfully using the logo on their product packaging as of April 13, 2026, may continue to use the existing product packaging until they change their packaging or until December 31, 2027, whichever comes first.
