The council assists FDACS by reviewing plant species proposed for the Florida endangered, threatened or commercially exploited plant list.
The Florida Endangered Plant Advisory Council (EPAC) advises and assists the department by reviewing plant species included in and proposed for the Florida endangered, threatened or commercially exploited plant list.
The council operates under the authority of Section 581.186, Florida Statutes (F.S.).
